My Situation
I got in some trouble in 2008 and I ended up going to the shock camp I did a total of 8 months and 180 days of that time in the shock camp. While I was in there my kids mother did not want to take care of our kids and my dad had them for a while and then there grandmother on the mother's side had them a lot. Well finally she took us to court for temporary custody and won of course because I was in jail. I have been out since April 22nd 2010... was scheduled to be on parole for two years and got off April 22nd 2011 because I did everything I was supposed to, early for good time or whatever... I have been trying to get my kids back since I got out!!!!! And this seems impossible, I don't know why it's so hard to get my kids back from a grandparent.... I also can't work right now because I stay home and take care of my father full-time.. He was diagnosed with lymphoma and was getting treatment wich took about six months.. Now he is going to be getting the interferon shots and that will be another six to twelve months before he gets done with that.. So I will be out of work that whole time... Just because I cant work and stay at home to take care of my father, does that mean I don't have a right to take care of my own children???? I'm willing to answer any questions anyone may have and please comment I really would like to know what everyone's opinion is on my situation....

Whats up my friend? I agree 110 percent on everything you are talking about. Cayuga county is totally screwed up, but not only them.. its the justice system everywhere you go. I have my own opinions on your situation... If getting your children back made the county money.. then you wouldnt have a problem. a LOT of cops, DA's, etc have power kicks. its all about power, and greed. Winning big cases are big money for them, and as far as Auburn PD goes, I've got some dirt on them but I wont disclose that here. But T.. do you have any income being a stay at home man? you have to know that they consider employment a big issue, maybe they don't think you have the income and all nessecary to support your kids. but still and always on your side against the justice system. You just have to fight the fight and keep fighting until you get whats rightfully yours! and best of luck.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I do not have any income besides public assistance. And why is public assistance even available if my reason is not good enough to be on it and get my kids back. I am embarrased that i dont have my kids and that im on P.A. In the first place! For me to take this as far as putting a blog up to get everyones opinion is totally crazy but i dont know what els to do. Its killing me that i dont have my kids i am missing all the young years when they want to spend time with me. I want them back sooooooo!!! bad!!!!!
